Oksana has more than 17 years of expertise in Metals and Mining industry sector with more than 10 years of chief executive positions. She is passionate about engagement and process excellence, building a winning team with top talent, streamlining operations, and driving innovation through cutting-edge technology (like robotics and automation) which leads to better business results.
