This year, we will once again be hosting exciting pre-conference day activities, which will take place on Tuesday 8th October 2024. Attendees will have the choice of a series of lab sessions that explore key themes and trends relevant for GBS leaders, from creating enterprise-wide value through the Centre Office Model, creating a "future fit" GBS organisation by harnessing the power of people, to leveraging Automation and GenAI within GBS.
The Labs will take place at 09:30 & 13:30, each Lab lasting around two and a half hours. Labs will foster learning and ideation through facilitated knowledge sharing sessions for up to 150 guests, with fellow shared services leaders from varying industries and Deloitte experts from numerous geographies.
Given the popularity of activities, attendance will be limited to two sessions per individual, and we request attendees provide options for top 3 preferences. Details of the Labs will be announced very soon!
