Kate Parrett is the Global End-to-End HR Director at Mars Global Services (MGS) where she leads enterprise-wide strategic initiatives to expand the function’s global capabilities, grow a pipeline cross-functional talent, and support the evolvement of Mars’ global business services operating model. Kate joined Mars in 2015 as the Global Senior HR Business Partner and previously held various positions in HR for the insurance and asset management group, AXA.
