Caroline Roberts-Green is the Vice President of HR Business Partners for Mars Global Services (MGS), the global business services division of Mars – producer of the world’s best-loved brands for pets and people, including M&M’s®, PEDIGREE®, and Ben’s Original™. Since joining MGS, Caroline led the successful restructuring of her function from regional to global and partnered on the global deployment of Workday to all Mars Associates. She now oversees strategy development for her team’s contribution to the MGS objective of enabling easier work across Mars. Caroline joined Mars in 2015 as HR Director, Mars Drinks, and previously held various HR roles for Rentokil Initial and Wolseley.
