Abhishek Kaushal currently works with ASML as Global Head of People Operations and has been with ASML since February 2020.

He is responsible globally for People Operations as part of ASML Business Services (ABS) which unites shared services and repeatable process activity across ASML into a single operation. In his role Abhishek is leading teams supporting ~ 43,000 ASML colleague based out of 3 continents. He is responsible for process delivery and employee experience across all People (HR) touchpoint processes including Hire2Retire, Global Payroll & Time, Health Management and Global Mobility & Travel Services for across ASML.

Prior to ASML, Abhishek has worked in many different global leadership roles with international experience in six sigma quality, operations and HR working at global organizations like GE, AkzoNobel and Royal HaskoningDHV. He has been leading the development of the People Services organization since he joined ASML four years ago.

Abhishek grew up in India and holds a Master of Business Administration from IIM-Bangalore. He is married to his wife Munmun, and they have two daughters.
