Candice Sieg is a Partner in the UK and leads the Global Business Services and Outsourcing Advisory practice. She has over 18 years’ experience in leading large-scale transformation programmes for a number of multi-national clients both in Industry and consulting. She also chairs the ‘Women Leaders in Shared Services’ forum.

Candice has led strategic transformation programmes for the UK Government, multi-national C&IP organisations and Global Pharmaceutical companies from feasibility through to optimisation. During the pandemic she has been leading a confidential COVID project to support saving lives.

A member of the firm since 2004, Dorthe is a Partner with Deloitte Consulting, member of the Finance Transformation Team and the European Shared Services Leadership team. Dorthe has mainly focused on project management in the areas of finance transformation and global business services implementation, where she serves European and Global clients within industrial products and manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Dorthe worked in the private sector within finance and admin, where she gained experience within the core of finance and admin as well as organisational change programmes, profitability management, outsourcing and IT implementations. Parag Saigaonkar is the Global Business Services (GBS) lead for Deloitte globally and a Partner with Deloitte Consulting in Canada. Parag has been with Deloitte for 30 years working primarily across the Asia-Pacific region having been based in Hong Kong, Beijing, Mumbai and now in Toronto. He is focused on helping enterprises to efficiently globalise their operating models delivering higher value services with improved economics.

Antonio has over 15 years of experience in advising companies in Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Program Management and supported various transformation and change projects. He helped organisations review and develop multi-tower service delivery strategies for support functions (HR, F&A, Supply Chain and IT), design and implement captive Shared Services and outsourcing arrangements. Prior to joining Deloitte he held various Shared Services / BPO sales and advisory leadership positions across Europe and has been the CEO of a start-up company developing brand protection technologies.

Chinmay leads Deloitte's Global Business Services Advisory practice in Switzerland. With 20 years of consulting experience, he specialises in transforming organisations through the deployment of shared services, outsourcing, and global business services, helping clients to improve productivity through automation and process efficiency.

Chinmay’s functional experience includes finance and accounting, human resources, information technology, supply chain, customer service, among others. He work closely with senior executives to understand their strategic vision and assess how GBS might align with their business strategy to drive results. He advises clients from initial strategy development, through the implementation and launch of Global Business Services; shared services and business process outsourcing, to refinements of the GBS model over time to help unlock the next frontier of growth.

I am leading a team serving the SSC and GBS client segment with focus on the finance function, I have expertise in process transition, process optimisation, strategy, automation through Robotics and cognitive tools. During my consulting career in Deloitte I was directly involved in a finance transformation project in the largest retail bank in Czech Republic, I was responsible for project management and execution of several finance strategy projects including most recent programme co-ordination in multifunctional SSC roll-out across CE region. Currently I am involved in Accounting and Finance SSC roll-out activities for a Global Multinational Pharmaceutical company. I develop and nurture relationships with clients in the SSC/GBS segment in Czech Republic and co-operate with the global GBS community.

Vishal leads our Consumer-GBS team and Centre Office offering and has over 12 years of consulting and industry experience. He has led complex and sensitive Finance operating model and Global Business Services programmes. Bev has 20 years' experience of Project Management and Business Development within the Broadcast and Media industry, and has led multiple digital product launches from concept through to delivery.

Vamo is an Assistant Manager in the Experiential Team which sits within Deloitte’s in-house creative agency, 368. She has a BA Honours degree in Advertising Design and although relatively new to Deloitte, she boasts 8+ years of experience in planning and delivering events in the finance and advertising sector.

Having assisted on the Shared Services Conference in 2023, this year she is the Experiential Lead. In her previous roles Vamo has lead on a multitude of projects across Europe, South Africa and Dubai.

Cari is a Senior Consultant in the GBS team at Deloitte and has 7+ years of experience in defining, managing and delivering multiple cross functional strategic programmes focussing on developing and implementing organisational discipline to optimise organisational effectiveness. Key areas expertise include global expansion strategy and execution, GBS Operating Model design, and change management.

Cari is passionate about driving the diversity and inclusion agenda, was the Co-Founder of the “Women in RPA” initiative prior to joining Deloitte, and now also leads the Women in Shared Services forum.

Michael is a Manager with over 8 years’ experience of finance and business process improvement consulting. His primary focus has been delivering Global Business Services (GBS) projects including: transition and GBS set-up, ERP implementation and process optimisation.

With a strong background in process improvement and internal audit, Michael has extensive experience of core financial processes, helping to improve the performance and efficiency of finance functions. Michael has recently led the process, controls and change workstreams for the implementation of Oracle Fusion at a large asset management company and prior to this was leading a Shared Services Optimisation project at a luxury fashion retailer.

Sumaiya has experience of working with Public & Private sector companies to transform Shared Services functions and deliver change & transformation. This includes designing Target Operating Models, conducting detailed design, highlighting and implementing process improvement opportunities, developing service management frameworks, and overall transition to enhance Shared Service functions. Experience includes working on a range of large-scale projects, as well as lean finance process improvement projects (O2C, P2P, R2R) for cost-reduction and increased efficiency purposes and to drive continuous improvement.

Otis Joined Deloitte in 2022. This year, Otis is the Marketing lead for Deloitte's Shared Services Conference. Otis is an Assistant Marketing Manager at Deloitte who sits within consulting and supports our Partners in the Enterprise, Technology and Performance industry. He has experience in end-to-end campaign delivery, social media marketing, stakeholder management and the creation of bespoke assets for campaigns.

Another part of Otis’s role is to provide marketing support to our Oracle & Microsoft alliance partners, guiding them through their campaign right through to execution. Currently these campaigns are focused on accounts within the tech & ER&I sector.
