He is responsible for our Growth strategy including Sales and Marketing excellence, Ecosystems and Alliances and Commercial strategy. He has over 25 years’ experience of advising his clients on business transformation with a specialism in workforce and HR functional transformation. His industry market focus is Technology, Media and Telecommunications and he works with some of the world’s largest companies in these sectors. Will is currently helping a range of businesses prepare and adapt to the “future of work”, embracing technology to augment the workforce and create societal as well as commercial value.
