Tom is an experienced technical leader in the metrology and scientific industry. As a technical team leader, he has developed solutions for world leading scientific instrumentation, facilitating all aspects of the software development cycle as well as providing management, mentoring and coaching.

In recent years he has held a global systems architect role in industry with responsibilities to define and develop platform strategies to accelerate growth and reduce engineering effort.
