Suzanne is a Human Capital leader at Deloitte and has over 15 years’ experience working in Financial Services for major insurance and banking clients. She leads the people, culture change, and transformational leadership aspects of transformation, often driven by strategic growth, future of work and wider digital agendas.
In the market, Suzanne helps to get clients ready for transformation: assessing and measuring culture; defining future capabilities (including skills-based organisations), designing cultural and talent interventions; building workforce, HR and leadership capability; and executing transformational change embedding activities from establishing change networks to running learning, development and engagement interventions.
She has built established relationships with senior/executive Financial Services clients from the C-Suite to HR / People Function leaders and is highly experienced at leading client and consulting teams, from people leadership to coaching and development.
At Deloitte, Suzanne leads eminence and capability building across the Human Capital portfolio – with a focus on growth underpinned by transformational change. She has academic roots in the social and behavioural sciences (Sociology BA, MSc) and her work as an academic researcher at Kings College London and draws on this during her delivery.
