Scott is a Director in the Ethics & Regulatory Compliance team with a focus on AI risk and regulation.

Before joining Deloitte in February 2024, he worked for over 14 years in the UK Government, including 8 years in senior tech and telecoms policy and strategy roles. These included being Chief of Staff to 3 Digital Secretaries of State; deciding and delivering the UK's telecoms diversification strategy; and most recently the PM's Deputy Representative for the AI Safety Summit.
