Megan is a Senior Manager within Deloitte’s Artificial Intelligence and Data practice, specialising in the design and delivery of strategic data-driven transformations across the public sector. Her main area of specialism is the design of tailored data strategy and roadmaps for change, as well as the design of Target Operating Models for organisations’ Data Intelligence functions. Megan also has extensive experience of delivering holistic data transformations; supporting organisations in not only adopting new technologies and data management approaches, but also cultural, people and process changes.
