Julian joined Technology Consulting in 2004 and is now the banking lead for Deloitte Digital.

He specialises in advising, designing and implementing multi-channel and digital strategies and solutions for retail, SME and corporate banks for all product types (deposits, loans and cards).

He is also part of the Core Systems Transformation (CST) proposition with experience of delivering core banking programmes across all aspects of the delivery lifecycle including strategy, options analysis, vendor selection, requirements gathering, functional design, testing and process design.

He has deep functional understanding of leading banking vendor software including Temenos, Finacle, Misys Bank Fusion, TSYS and SAP and recently led the development of joint core banking implementation methodology with Temenos.
