Jim is a partner with over 20 years’ experience in business transformation. He specialises in supporting clients in the insurance sector on transformation of their core operations.. Jim leads Deloitte’s Operations team within Technology & Transformation in the UK and Europe. He is the sponsor for the firm’s COO programme.

He has extensive experience in operations efficiency, spanning: cost reduction; sourcing; process re-engineering and technology-enabled change.
