Gillian is an experienced business transformation consultant who specialises in helping private sector clients, notably retailers, to define and implement large-scale digital customer focussed programmes. This has involved working across the breadth of the programme lifecycle from strategy to post-implementation support in the context of a number of different technologies. The focus of Gillian’s roles tends to be on the business side of programmes, from defining customer visions and strategies to defining programme approaches, leading the capture and incorporation of business requirements into the programme, defining processes, liaising with senior stakeholders to facilitate change and defining and executing the user support required. Gillian specialises in identifying the impact of initiatives on the business and the integration of these into operations across people, process and technology. Gillian has experience of leading business transformation in programmes that use agile and waterfall methods.
