Davinder is a Director within Deloitte’s Human Capital, Workforce Transformation practice. She focuses on driving complex global HR and Human Capital initiatives, spanning multiple business lines.

She has over 10 years experience working with senior executives and builds trusted relationships with organisational leaders to drive business outcomes.

With an MSc in Occupational Psychology and extensive experience in global programme management, combined with her knowledge and experience of working with talent models and capability frameworks, Davinder supports organisations in driving a successful human capital agenda.
