Caroline is a Director within Deloitte’s Cyber Incident Response (CIR) team. She has led and responded to multiple global Ransomware incidents. Following on from leading a global investigation for a large-scale ransomware incident I was seconded as Interim Global Head Security Operations.

Caroline has over 12 years’ experience within information security, in which over 10 years of this experience was working for GCHQ as a senior intelligence analyst, technique expert and investigative lead, in which my technical skills included network analysis, network forensics and computer and digital forensics.
