Anna Fleming is the UK Chief Operating Officer at Sompo. Prior to her current role, Anna held COO positions AXA Retail and the Motor Insurers’ Bureau. She also has extensive claims experience during her time at Zurich Insurance, including as UK interim Chief Claims Officer.

Anna has significant experience in transformation, IT, claims, sales and service operations, complaints and risk management. Anna is also a non-practising solicitor.
