A Director within our Major Programmes business, Andy has over 25 years of experience in successfully architecting and delivering large scale, complex capital infrastructure, technology implementation and organisation transformation programmes, predominantly across the Private and Financial Services industries.

A distinct combination of programme leadership and change management expertise enables Andy to effectively shape, guide and effectively manage the ‘Human System’ within programmes and organisations - a critical component of successful transformation delivery which is all too often overlooked.
