Who can attend the conference?

The conference is aimed at Chief Digital Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief AI Officers , Chief Data and Analytics Officers, Chief Information Officers, Chief Technology Officers, Chief Commercial Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Operations Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Revenue Officers, Chief Information Security Officers, Chief Human Resources Officers, Chief Innovation Officers, Chief Transformation Officers, Chief Digital Officers, VP/Director of Data/Analytics/Transformation/Digital, Head of innovation and their relevant team members. Spaces are free but limited, and all applications are subject to review and subsequent approval by our conference team.

How do I register for the conference?

To register for the conference, please click the ‘Apply to attend’ button on our webpage. Please note your registration is subject to review by our conference team, and you will receive a follow-up email to confirm whether your registration has been approved or not after you submit the form.

Is there a deadline for registration?

Whilst there is not currently any set deadline for registration, we encourage you to register ASAP as spaces fill up fast.

Do I have to attend the entire event?

We highly recommend attending the event in its entirety, including the pre-conference lab day on 26 November. This will enable you to get the most out of the experience and be sure not to miss our celebrity speaker at the end of the day on 27th!

Will there be any networking opportunities at the conference?

Yes! There will be ample networking opportunities across the two-day programme, including themed lunches and dedicated meeting spaces. The networking events will culminate in a buzzing reception sponsored by AWS and Snowflake, and held in the beautiful Arora Foyer overlooking the Thames and London skyline.

General information and logistics

When and where is the conference taking place?

The Deloitte Experience Transformation Conference is taking place at the InterContinental O2 Hotel in North Greenwich, London on 26-27 November 2024.

Will there be any accommodation arrangements provided for attendees?

Deloitte have secured a discounted rate at the InterContinental O2 for all conference delegates, which is £339 per night for single occupancy and £364 per night for double occupancy. The nightly rate includes breakfast, Wi-Fi and 20% VAT.

A credit or debit card will be required upon booking, with payment taken on arrival. If you wish to prepay for the booking, please contact the hotel directly.

What are the cancellation terms if I book a room via the discounted link?

Cancellations made after 30 September 2024 will incur charges for the entire length of the stay - including taxes. No shows are also fully chargeable for the entire length of stay.

What is the recommended travel route to the conference?

We recommend that your travel to the InterContinental O2 via public transport methods. This is a quick, climate-friendly and cost-effective means of travel.

The venue is best reached via North Greenwich underground station, which is served by the Jubilee line. Many bus routes also serve North Greenwich station, or you may even wish to arrive via Uber Boat which links to 24 piers across the capital including London Bridge, Embankment and Westminster.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Onsite car parking is available at the hotel at a cost and cannot be booked in advance. For more information please refer to the hotel website.

Alternatively, you may wish to park in one of the O2 Venue car parks, or the North Greenwich station car park. Please refer to the respective links for the most up-to-date information.

Are there any specific arrival instructions?

The venue address is 1 Waterview Drive, Greenwich Peninsula, London SE10 0TW.

Please make your way to the front of the hotel, which is facing the Thames, and enter through any of the open doors to the ground floor registration and cloakroom area.

Where do I collect my badge at the event?

You will need to collect your badge from the registration desk upon your arrival at the venue, situated in the ground floor foyer. This badge will allow you access around the venue and will track your movements using RFID. By collecting your badge on check-in, you consent to using RFID. If you wish to opt-out, please let a member of staff know upon check-in.

Should I keep my badge when the event ends?

No. Please remember to place your badge and lanyard in the bins provided at the exit of the venue or hand to a member of staff at the end of the day. All badges and lanyards will be recycled or reused after the event.

What should I wear?

Our dress code for both days of the event is comfortable business casual.

Will I be recorded at the event?

Please note that, when you attend this event, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.

How can I provide feedback about the conference after it is over?

As well as capturing feedback onsite at the conference, we will also be sharing feedback surveys with all attendees once the conference has ended. We greatly value all feedback received as this will enable us to continue to grow and improve the event.

How do I access the app?

  1. Download the Bizzabo app in your phone’s app store
  2. Once downloaded, open the Bizzabo app and enter your email address
  3. Select ‘Login via email link’
  4. Confirm your email address via your mailbox – don't forget to check junk!

How do I reserve sessions in the app?

To reserve sessions, navigate to the ‘Agenda’ tab on the app and select the ‘Save a seat’ button on your desired session(s). There are limited spaces on each of the sessions and you can view your selected sessions by clicking on ‘Registered’ within the ‘Agenda’ tab.

Please note that this app is the only place you can reserve sessions so we highly recommend you download it!

Can I add a photo to my app profile?

Yes! We encourage you to add a photo and update your bio selecting the three stacked lines in the top left of the screen and clicking on ‘My Profile’. Here, you can also update your role and company, if required. Please note that this will determine what is printed on your badge at the event.
