Tereza is a Partner in the Consulting Department at Deloitte in the Czech Republic. She leads a regional team of experts specialising in organisational transformation, primarily focusing on finance and other corporate services. She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of Shared Service centres, strategies for the transformation of financial functions and processes, and the management of large multinational projects. Tereza is a key figure in the field of corporate services (SSC and GBS), where she operates not only as an advisor in the Czech and European markets, but also actively connects organisations to share know how and increase the maturity of the entire field.
