Sara Heuer is an experienced finance and accounting professional with extensive global shared services and outsourcing expertise. As a global GBS leader, she has led various initiatives in areas of fraud and security, data and analytics, record to report, intercompany, procure to pay, order to cash, real estate, commissions, treasury, roaming, interconnect, and controlling.

As the Corporate Functions Service Tower Director at Commercial Shared Operations, Sara brings corporate-level accounting and reporting experience, complemented by her global transformational project management expertise. She is well-versed in controls and risk management for complex group structures and has been at the forefront of embedding and scaling innovation in processes, such as blockchain, robotics, and process mining.

Additionally, she serves as a Supervisory Board Member and holds an Executive MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, along with being an ACCA Fellow.
