Radia joined Sanofi as part of the Corporate Strategy team in 2021, where she was involved in shaping Sanofi’s modernisation programme.

She was appointed Global Head of Strategy and Partnering of Business Operations in November 2023 to lead scope expansion, transformation, and make vs buy strategy. She has been driving the transformation journey of Business Operations since its inception, effectively aligning stakeholders behind the purpose and objectives of building best-in-class enterprise solutions.

Before joining Sanofi, Radia spent 9 years in Roland Berger working on major strategy and transformation projects in the life sciences industry.

Radia holds a Master in management from ESCP Europe.
