Phil Priest has spent multiple years in senior leadership roles for large multi-national corporations. Phil has successfully led Global Business Services set up and delivery for GSK, Smith & Nephew and IFF Inc. and he is currently Head of Global Business Services for Rolls-Royce PLC a FTSE top 15 Company. Phil has built multi-functional GBS organisations that have achieved world class levels in independent benchmarking for both efficiency and effectiveness. Phil currently is supporting the transformation of Rolls-Royce PL through leading the creation and implementation of a new GBS Strategy for the company worldwide. He is an experienced Senior Leader recently in Business Services and prior to this in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management having led transformational change across functions and geographies, leading multidisciplinary teams globally located. Phil has a very significant background in Lean, Six Sigma and Change Management which underpins his approach to leadership. Throughout his career Phil is associated with delivery of many successful transformations in the Life Sciences FMCG and Chemical industries.
