Michele Gellatly is an accomplished global People & Culture executive with more than 30 years’ experience leading large-scale transformation, organisational development, shared services and HR technology across multinational organisations. As Programme Director, Service Operations at Scania Group she leads transformation initiatives that support 54,000 employees in 53 countries. Michele has delivered major change programmes – including global ways of working, service delivery optimisation, the creation of four global Knowledge Centres, and the transition of key operations from Sweden to Poland - improving capability, consistency and employee experience.

Previously she was Director of People & Culture for Scania Australia & New Zealand and has held senior roles at ANZ, Telstra, Lifeblood and the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. Michele also is a Board Director and Chair of the Governance & Remuneration Committee at Carinya Society, which supports adults of all abilities to thrive in the community by helping them reach their full potential.
