Lottie has partnered with clients across a wide variety of HR/People Transformations, with a core focus on designing and delivering great Employee Experiences. Her primary passion is the Travel & Hospitality industry, but she also has considerable experience across the public and international private sectors. She is our lead ‘Employee E ngagement and Research’ practitioner, designing end to end Employee Experiences using Human centred design methodologies ensuring employees are listened to and brought on the transformational journey. Prior to Deloitte, she worked with Founders/HR professionals/C level Executives of start ups, boutiques and fast growth businesses, driving their continued expansion through strategic graduate and early career recruitment.
