Laura is the Head of Sustainability Engagement for North and South Europe, as part of Deloitte’s WorldClimate Strategy (Internal Sustainability Transformation) and Co-Lead of the LGBTQ+ employee-resource group for Deloitte Netherlands. She is passionate about driving positive change through organisations and its people, fostering sustainable practices, and advocating for social justice and inclusion.

In her role as Head of Engagement, she is dedicated to empowering leaders, colleagues and clients to adopt sustainable behaviours and cultivate a culture of environmental stewardship. By designing and implementing strategies that promote positive change, she ensures that Deloitte's commitment to sustainability is deeply embedded in daily actions. Beyond her roles at Deloitte, she actively engages with industry professionals and enjoys speaking at conferences and events. She is committed to being a catalyst for positive change and believe that together, we can create a world that values both people and the planet.
