Kathryn is a former Assistant Police and Crime Commissioner and with experience across the public sector. Kathryn leads our shared services offering across Security and Justice. She is passionate about enhancing efficiency and support for our frontline heroes through Enabling Services Transformation. Her recent clients include the UK Home Office and various local Police Forces, including most recently the Metropolitan Police. "I work in security and Justice because I can’t think of a more worthy purpose than to help those who put themselves in harms way to keep us all safe - so much currently inhibits policing’s effectiveness, yet never before have there been so many opportunities to innovate... and helping policing navigate that challenge with very limited funding is both a privilege and highly rewarding."
