Kata Barariu is leading the Coca-Cola Hellenic Shared Services Centre in Sofia, which provides finance and human resources services in EMEA Region. She is responsible for nearly 600 professionals who conduct financial and accounting activities, support the administration of human resources processes, and manage business data for the Coca-Cola HBC Group, operating in 29 countries.

Kata has 25 years of business experience, having held various key positions related to the financial management in the Coca-Cola System. Before moving to Sofia, she has been a Shared Services Transition Manager for the Group, Financial Controller at Coca-Cola Enterprises Canada, as well as in various Finance positions in CCHBC. She has a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Timisoara and is also a certified internal auditor and graduate of the IMD Executive Leadership Programme.
