A qualified charted accountant from PWC Birmingham, Helen has set up and run Shared Services at National Grid and Global Business Services at both Imperial Brands and Rolls-Royce. Helen brings a vast experience of over 10 years of successfully leading Global Business Services and Shared Services, performance improvement and change transformation programmes alongside enabling strong customer service results. Her leadership has resulted in business services operating as a true enabler, improving overall work experience, making it easier for people to get things done and ensuring the focus is on having a positive business impact for clients, customers, products and people.
