Fred is an externally focused business and finance leader with a passion for technology and talent development. He has 25 years of experience building up new organisations, driving growth as P&L owner and delivering business and digital transformation in high performing companies across a range of sectors.

Prior to joining Cargill in 2023, Fred started his career in Finance before moving to the Healthcare sector where he had a diverse range of roles across business and finance, including Global CFO and Global Business Lead. Furthermore, Fred is an active mentor and coach. He is also a professor at IE Business School in Madrid where he teaches Finance for Digital Startups and Project in their Master in Digital Business & Innovation.
