Eamon Boland is a senior leader within the Novartis Corporate Centre (NOCC) network, leading strategic and operational transformation across global hubs in Prague and Dublin. Eamon is the Head of the Novartis Corporate Centre in Dublin, where he leads one of Novartis’ key global centres with a strong emphasis on operational excellence, capability building and workforce transformation.

Together with Bilal Samad, he plays an active role in shaping the evolution of Novartis’ corporate centre model - from traditional shared services to a connected, outcome driven global network - bringing practical perspectives on transformation, leadership and future ready ways of working.
