With the firm since 2004, Dorthe is partner in the Consulting department of Deloitte, member of the Finance Transformation Team and the European Shared Services Leadership team.

Dorthe has mainly focused on project management in the areas of finance transformation and shared services implementation.

Clients Dorthe have served are mainly within the private sector; in energy & resources, industrial manufacturing and provision of services. The typical clients have European or global reach.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Dorthe worked 13 years in the private sector within cost accounting and finance, where she gained experience within standardisation programmes, change processes, profitability initiatives as well as IT implementations. Dorthe has lived and worked in a number of European countries and has a vast experience within the various cultures and ways of doing business across borders.
