Danny Wilks joined ServiceNow in October 2021 and currently serves as Area Vice President for the company’s Employee Workflow (Experience) business unit across Europe, Middle East & Africa.

In his role, Danny leads an organisation of Subject Matter Experts who focus on defining compelling employee experiences while optimising operational efficiency for customers across all industry sectors. His mission is to drive the continued growth of the Employee Workflow business in EMEA, working alongside senior customer stakeholders, business partners and the wider ServiceNow organisation as an executive sponsor to help ensure client success.

Danny has over 20 years of leadership experience in Technology. Before joining ServiceNow, Danny was part of the Executive leadership team at IBM where he helped customers recognise the value of technologies including hybrid cloud, data, and AI. He is energised by the opportunity to help clients and his own teams develop their visions and realise growth.

Danny is based in the United Kingdom.
