A member of the firm since 2004, Dorthe is a Partner with Deloitte Consulting, member of the Finance Transformation Team and the European Shared Services Leadership team. Dorthe has mainly focused on project management in the areas of finance transformation and global business services implementation, where she serves European and Global clients within industrial products and manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Dorthe worked in the private sector within finance and admin, where she gained experience within the core of finance and admin as well as organisational change programmes, profitability management, outsourcing and IT implementations. Dorthe has lived and worked in a number of European countries and has a vast experience within the various cultures and ways of conducting business across borders.

Aoife is a Director within the Finance Transformation practice of Consulting where she leads the Global Business Services team in Ireland and North South Europe. She has 13 years’ experience and has been involved and led a range of finance function transformation projects, specialising in finance operating model and shared services design and implementation. (new para) Her roles and responsibilities on these projects included programme and project management, shared service/ centre of excellence design and implementation, process design and optimisation, target operating model design and implementation, finance function organisation design and recruitment, migration coordination, ERP system business readiness and delivery, and operational readiness. She has been involved in the full spectrum of the shared services project life cycle encompassing each project phase - assess, design, build, implement and optimise, with a range of clients in both the private and public sectors.

I am leading a team serving the SSC and GBS client segment with focus on the finance function, I have expertise in process transition, process optimisation, strategy, automation through Robotics and cognitive tools. During my consulting career in Deloitte I was directly involved in a finance transformation project in the largest retail bank in Czech Republic, I was responsible for project management and execution of several finance strategy projects including most recent programme co-ordination in multifunctional SSC roll-out across CE region. Currently I am involved in Accounting and Finance SSC roll-out activities for a Global Multinational Pharmaceutical company. I develop and nurture relationships with clients in the SSC/GBS segment in Czech Republic and co-operate with the global GBS community.

Parag Saigaonkar is the Global Business Services (GBS) lead for Deloitte globally and a Partner with Deloitte Consulting in Canada. Parag has been with Deloitte for 30 years working primarily across the Asia-Pacific region having been based in Hong Kong, Beijing, Mumbai and now in Toronto. He is focused on helping enterprises to efficiently globalise their operating models delivering higher value services with improved economics.

Chinmay leads Deloitte's Global Business Services Advisory practice in Switzerland. Chinmay’s functional experience includes finance and accounting, human resources, information technology, supply chain, customer service, among others. Michael is a Manager with over 8 years’ experience of finance and business process improvement consulting. His primary focus has been delivering Global Business Services (GBS) projects including: transition and GBS set-up, ERP implementation and process optimisation.

With a strong background in process improvement and internal audit, Michael has extensive experience of core financial processes, helping to improve the performance and efficiency of finance functions.
