Rupert is a Partner in Deloitte’s North South Europe business, based in London, with nearly 25 years as a consultant.

Today, he leads Deloitte’s Telecoms, Media and Entertainment Consulting business in the UK, working primarily with UK and global content businesses, news organisations and the digital platform companies helping them deliver the transformational change needed to thrive. He also leads the digital growth agenda for Deloitte’s Human Capital business globally, helping clients to understand and adapt to the impact of digital technology and ways of working on their people.

Away from Deloitte, Rupert served on the Board of the Philharmonia Orchestra until December 2023, since when he has served on the Finance Committee.
