Rory is a member of England Rugby’s Executive Team, overseeing Strategy, Data & Insights and Transformation. He joined the business in 2016 after a career in consulting and has led a number of England Rugby’s most significant transformation programmes across commercial, professional and participation.

He is a Chartered Accountant and is a Board Trustee at Access Sport, a national charity dedicated to ensuring disability and disadvantaged children can benefit from the transformational benefits of sport.
