Giving hope to abandoned children
From Babies with Love is a unique social enterprise that funds the care of orphaned and abandoned children around the world by donating 100 percent of its profits from the sale of premium, organic products for infants. Deloitte selected the company to join its Social Innovation Pioneers programme in 2014 and over the past 12 months, our team has helped founder Cecilia Crossley to refine her strategy and build a stronger digital presence to grow the business. This included advice on email marketing, search engine optimisation and digital marketing analytics.
From Babies with Love is now a supplier for Deloitte’s parental leave gifts. On the arrival of a new baby every Deloitte employee receives a baby clothes gift from the firm, providing a fantastic opportunity for From Babies with Love to tell its inspirational story to a corporate audience.
The revenue from just one year supplying our new parental leave programme should result in From Babies with Love being able to support more than 2,000 vulnerable infants; children who have lost their parents through war, famine, disease or poverty who will be able to live in new family homes in children’s villages run by the partner charity SOS Children.
Cecilia Crossley said:
“Becoming a supplier to Deloitte is propelling our corporate gift strategy and will have a big impact on helping many babies to have a fair start in life. Our relationship with Deloitte, both through the Pioneers programme and as a supplier, will be an important contribution to us winning new clients across the UK and internationally, helping us reach our goal of supporting tens of thousands of children.”
