Across the report our total community contribution and selected environmental performance information are externally assured, alongside our financial results. All other measures go through an internal assertion testing process.

We are acting upon Grant Thornton’s recommendations and the lessons learned are helping us to inform our future work.
• The financial performance information contained within this report is based on the financial statements audited by Grant Thornton UK LLP. The Report of the Independent Auditor is found on page 9, and included here.

Our Community performance figures are calculated using the London Benchmarking Group Model. We have also reviewed our report under Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines.
