Powerlist Summer School
The annual Powerlist Foundation Summer Leadership Programme uses the best of Deloitte’s expertise from all its sectors, combined with the insight and inspiration of trustees from the Powerlist Foundation. It acts as a ‘seed bed’ for nurturing ambitious and conscientious young African and African Caribbean leaders; and what is most important to the Powerlist Foundation are the ways in which young people’s lives are transformed by taking part.
All students have some leadership experience or skills, but our programme enables them to strengthen and broaden those skillsby giving their leadership prospects a 'turbo-charge'. The lasting impact we have on young people is to help them develop into great leaders by teaching them what we've learned and encouraging them beyond the three-day programme as they take on new challenges.
