CFO Transition Lab

The Lab is a personalised one-day workshop for newly appointed CFOs. Based on extensive targeted research, the Lab is designed to help an individual CFO make an efficient and powerful transition into their new role. The Lab helps the CFO to frame their priorities, assess their talent and identify different approaches to managing their complex stakeholder relationships, and the result of a day in the Lab is a clear action plan to make a successful transition.

To date, over 30 CFO Labs have been completed, this includes 10 FTSE 100, 10 FTSE 250 and 4 Public Sector. One CFO who took part told us,
