The refurbishment of Abbots House in Reading is one of the largest property development projects undertaken by Deloitte in the UK. This project has provided us with a unique opportunity to work with our architects, engineers, contractors and landlord to deliver a flagship green workplace.

Working in partnership to reduce overall energy consumption in the building, enhance waste and recycling solutions, use natural lighting and install water saving fittings, we have been able to achieve the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) ‘Excellent’ rating for the project.
