A former British Army Captain, Tony completed six operational tours. In the last, in Afghanistan, he was very seriously injured leading his team. Following his military career Tony put together the first ever disabled team to compete in the Dakar Rally and took a gold medal in Sitting Volleyball at the 2014 Invictus Games. He gives motivational talks and delivers leadership training and consultancy for Fieri.
