Rob is the Global Leader of Deloitte Equity & Rewards as well as the Australian practice leader. He has over 24 years’ experience working with clients on equity and global mobility income tax matters in the UK, US and Australia.

Rob specialises in equity design, global equity governance, equity technology, cross border equity tax and legal matters, risk identification and improvement for global equity programmes.

Rob is a frequent speaker at both internal and external seminars and has had various articles published by the Taxation Institute of Australia.
