Phil’s focus is on helping our clients to meet the specific globalisation and compliance challenges faced by organisations as they develop their operations on an international basis.

He has worked in the Global Mobility field with Deloitte for 25 years and is best known for his expertise on dealing with the specific technological and process challenges of dealing with the management of payroll and compensation data for international assignee populations.

He designed Deloitte’s market-leading, technology-based compensation management service delivery model which is now served by a team of over 200 professionals worldwide. He has been responsible for the implementation and delivery of compensation systems and processes to leading companies in all industry sectors.
