Nathan leads Deloitte’s Global Mobility Compensation EMEA team and co-leads the global practice.  He advises employers on the management and delivery of compensation to their internationally mobile employees, payroll outsourced delivery and advisory projects and global mobility technology solutions.

Nathan has a particular interest in supporting clients on how best to use technology and automation to deliver and manage their mobility programmes.

He has over 18 years’ experience of working with Deloitte’s largest clients, typically implementing complex global projects with a technology underpin working with multiple client stakeholders. 

Nathan is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and has broad experience across the employee compensation and technology, taxation and payroll arenas.
