15 years of experience in international mobility services for many companies including a wide range of major multinationals with operations in Belgium. From 2004 till 2011, I worked for the employment law department at the law firm Laga, where I provided individual and collective labour law, international social security and migration law advice.

I lead Deloitte’s growing International Migration and Social Security team (IMSS), specializing in European immigration law, Belgian immigration law, International and European social security law and International and European labour law issues. Deloitte’s International Migration and Social Security team ensures compliance and overall project- and case management for a wide variety of diverse start-ups, SME’s and multinational corporate clients as well as individuals in the field of immigration and social security. We regularly provide business and regulatory advice, conduct compliance policy reviews and audits, and have substantial experience with management of issues related to corporate changes, including M&A and reductions in force. I am the main point of contact responsible for managing services, providing client account support and customer service to our clients, addressing their global needs while supporting change management and new account transition.
