Matt served as an Army officer completing three tours of Afghanistan. As well as instructing future Leaders at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, he was part of the initial team developing the Afghan National Army Officer Academy in Kabul. Matt is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and has degrees in Management and in Communication. He specialises in training design.
