Kirsty has been working in reward for over 10 years. Over the last two years she has been working with companies helping them understand the requirements of the gender pay reporting regulations introduced in the UK and what this means for business. This includes helping them calculate their reportable metrics, undertaking additional analysis to determine what is driving their gender pay gap and helping them develop local and global diversity strategies to address these issues.
Kirsty’s client base includes UK headquartered multinationals, overseas head quartered companies and private businesses working across a number of industries, with particular focus on the TMT & Retail sectors.
