Joyce Totams is the Global Head of Mobility Tax and Governance at Mars.

Joyce’s team are a key strategic partner to the wider business to provide oversight and input into complex cross-border tax situations and ensure tax optimisation. The Mars mobility programme manages a number of vendors, including multiple global teams within single vendors. Joyce will be sharing her perspective on what is needed to ensure great collaboration between (and within!) vendors.

Joyce has spent the last 16 years at Mars and, prior to this, started her career at PwC.
