James attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, serving overseas as a Platoon Commander in The Princess of Wales’s Royal Regiment, followed by several years in the commercial world in both consultancy and operations management.  He subsequently spent seven years in the Education sector and now works across coaching, selection and leadership development for Fieri.
